I heart Black Snake Moan a lot. I heart it for the following reasons:
1) Christina Ricci’s forehead doesn’t look freakishly big for 95% of the film
2) Samuel L Jackson plays a very cool, kickass mother****** of an old man
3) It’s got Justin Trousersnake in, and he’s pretty good
4) There’s a bit of rudies in it
5) The ending makes me cry
6) There is very cool blues music in it
7) I heart all fillums set in the Deep South
So that’s really a list of seven reasons why you should watch it too.
